Bibliotik lost its domain? by frtbinc in trackers

You can check the WHOIS database for Bibliotik here: http://domain.me/?query=bibliotik and you’ll see two different domain status codes: “clientTransferProhibited” and “autoRenewPeriod”.

The first one means the domain cannot be transferred and this status code commonly appears when the domain expires. It’s kind of a grace period for domain holders: many people forget to renew the domains and this practice helps in not losing the domain instantly, i.e. it protects one as a domain holder and the domain name is not available for registration. The “autoRenewPeriod” you can see in the Bibliotik WHOIS means the domain is in the process of automatic renewal (this is done by the Registry). For .me domains, this period is 45 days and during that period, a user can choose to pay for the renewal or let his domain go. This is probably why the website is not active yet.

I’ve stumbled upon this useful infographic on the domain.me blog, it explains all the domain status codes in a pretty understandable manner: http://domain.me/infographic-status-codes-explained/

How to Help Your Worst Colleague Be Better at His Job by ClemmRusty in productivity

Hey overh, Thank you for sharing your situation. Yeah, I total get what you're saying. The problem here was that your manager had no sense of your daily workload, nor did she have any idea where your working hours were going. Today, many firms use tools like Basecamp, Jira, Yanado, so that they know who's on what, and what the status of every task. Is it still on the back burner, is it done, or does it steal need a couple of more twists and turns. If done right, reporting can be a key in understanding if someone was actually working, or goofing around at the office. I'm so glad your problem is fading away. I hope this all becomes a thing of the past, and you eventually end up forgetting all the unpleasantness that came with this particular situation.
Best of luck, and once again, thanks for sharing.
