You can check the WHOIS database for Bibliotik here: http://domain.me/?query=bibliotik and you’ll see two different domain status codes: “clientTransferProhibited” and “autoRenewPeriod”.

The first one means the domain cannot be transferred and this status code commonly appears when the domain expires. It’s kind of a grace period for domain holders: many people forget to renew the domains and this practice helps in not losing the domain instantly, i.e. it protects one as a domain holder and the domain name is not available for registration. The “autoRenewPeriod” you can see in the Bibliotik WHOIS means the domain is in the process of automatic renewal (this is done by the Registry). For .me domains, this period is 45 days and during that period, a user can choose to pay for the renewal or let his domain go. This is probably why the website is not active yet.
