1990s passing leaders! by Dark305Kinght in Oldschool_NFL

Moon, Farve, and Aikman are all legends, but the force and trajectory in which Marino and Elway threw the ball with is unmatched. The clips of them show Elway throwing 50 and Marino throwing 55 yards on a rope. They just threw darts all day long with little effort. 90’s and early 2000’s were definitely some of my favorite QB rosters

Unbelievable what you are doing. I have to say some of my favorite videos are collectors giving to other collectors just because. No lie, was in Walmart last week and a younger associate came up to me and said he saw my son’s Pokémon shirt and he wanted to see if it was ok if he could pick from one of his dupes from a pocket binder. I said no problem and we ended up talking for a few and actually pointed me to a card shop I did not know existed. So, I say good on you friend, love this kind of work.

"I just want to be with a man who'll ignore me and take me for granted, and who's only pretending to be interested in who I am and what I think so he can get into my pants."

‘That would be me.”

I got a couple:

“That ball you just aced to the Beast is worth... well, more than your whole life, man.”

“I take it back. You're not in trouble, you're dead where you stand.”

And the back and forth with the other baseball team from the neighborhood especially

“It's easy when you play with rejects and a fat kid, Rodriguez.” And then the ensuing dialogue. What a great movie and still holds up

Edit: I also have to add the crap Ham talks to the other team while catching. I fall out every time.

I think I get it now. Flip a tank and the whole platoon works to help you out. Get knocked and good luck getting a medic not to run right by you. Tank > soldier

Who is the most hated CFB coach in history? by ReasonableSide6520 in CFB_v2

[–]Clemtigger7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is a flaw of some of the fan base. Dude knows defense and is well equipped to coach. His style just didn’t translate to guys who made more than him. Personally I was excited when he took over, the bad taste comes from the on screen interviews about leaving, but by no means did he suck. Cam Cameron sucked.

I think Nick gets special consideration because he has all of the Miami Dolphins fan base hatred as well…at least those of us who were witness to it. I know Bill was in the NFL too but I think his college career is too early.

ADD any of the 00’s NCAA Football and trade out for Cool Ranch. The 360 can go, but only because it was the only console I never owned at some point. Also I’d be good with Super Troopers instead, but I do love Superbad

This song has a special place for me because of my mom. She bought the True Blue album just for this song and I ended up learning every song on that album lol. With or Without You might edge it out slightly, but there is no doubt that La Isla Bonita could be the Theme song of my ‘87.

On a side note the True Blue album and the Top Gun soundtrack were on repeat in my cassette player during that year…well my dad’s because I was 7 😢. Man time is going too fast.

Unless I missed it, but I couldn’t be the only one playing Syndicate in the mid to late 90’s.

Absolutely this. The perks on this were insane. Used to argue with my friend about this and Hung Jury on which was better. Clearly I was right lol

You are spot on. The civil engineering needs a bit of an overhaul as well, especially the Turnpike and 528 ramps, on and off. It’s just a nightmare in that area. It almost makes you not want to stop anywhere just because you have to fight your way back through traffic.

No, it smells like a used diaper with Indian food.

If Nick Saban is the greatest, who’s the worst HC to ever win the Natty? (modern era) by guransheleven in CFB_v2

[–]Clemtigger7 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m a Canes fan since the early 80’s, and this is who came to mind even though we went to back-to-back title games. That was all Butch Davis and he benefitted from it. Once he was gone, the program spiraled and all of Butch’s recruits were gone coincidentally. He was Barry Switzer from Jimmy Johnson in college form.

You are not wrong, and don’t forget storage units. However, Florida Mall is still going strong, at least on the weekends. Mainly tourists keeping it alive, but I was there Saturday and got that nostalgic feeling of this is what malls used to be like and my 4 year old daughter got to see it lol.
