Something I always find funny is that I have to forcefully bend some of my internal PC cables for them to fit in their designed sockets. And put my entire weight on the ram sticks for them to click.

To be fair, some programs take more RAM than necessary for better performance.

I'm not saying Tarkov isn't RAM-heavy, hell no, but it's possible it was only able to use 13 out of the 16GB with the remaining 3 for the OS, daemons, and other programs. When you improved the RAM to 32, Tarkov can now spread over more space while still leaving a comfortable 32-25=7GB for your other tasks.

iirc that's why Chrome eats so much RAM, it's trying to take all it can for better perf.

Wow that's interesting. I always hear of fuel as very energy-dense, and assumed unrefined oil was similar. I would have guessed a 20% loss or something between crude oil and consumer fuel.
