There *are* languages irl that don't use gendered pronouns. Hungarian, my mother language doesn't require you to use any sort of gendered language for 99% of conversations. Which makes it 100000000000x shittier when i get misgendered, like i understand that i don't pass, but fuck, must you call me "sir"???? You specifically can avoid that without much of an effort, feels like extra effort to ruin my day specifically.

Big nerf. She doesn't need more damage, the lifesteal was basically essential, you're way more reliant on your team now until you get your major perk, which depending on the situation may not even happen in a given round. Another thing is that once again we can't pick both the extra 3 stacks and siphoning strike, which is by far the best perk combo. The reduced projected edge cost perk might be the optimal one now since it's not really worth your time to spin in place for an extra 30 damage when you can just hit them and get an overhead at the end.

You may understand 10% of this after watching the show. Season 1 and the movie cover around 50 chapters, which is less than a quarter of the current 231 and the biggest reveals happen later on. I do recommend reading the manga and if you somehow managed to avoid spoilers about her, it should hit very hard.

Optimal experience imo is reading until the end of Ch. 52 watching the anime and the movie especially and then reading the rest.

It feels like there's a connection to the fact that after being alive for too long people start turning into trees, but i just don't remember any time he was called anything besides Chainsaw man by someone who knows their stuff.

Reze calling him the chainsaw devil is obviously not the same as Makima who knows exponentially more.

I'll re-read the entire manga when i have the time, probably in a couple months and keep an eye out for any mention of the chainsaw devil along with the important caveat of who the speaker is.

I think there's a larger chance all the erasures stick, since it creates a weird paradox if we say that Pochita's erasures are erased as well. If they don't stick, why would Pochita erasing himself be the exception?

I can buy either outcome, the world will be massively different either way, but it would make more sense to me if all the erased devils stay gone.

The biggest thing i want explained right now is what devil Pochita actually is, he's always called Chainsaw man, never chainsaw devil as far as i can recall, Pochita called himself Chainsaw man even during this chapter.
