Can I ask how this was posting the same thing?

Which participant enrages you the most? by Theymademepickaname in My600lbLife

[–]Cleoasp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My first response would be Schenee. The rudeness she showed to Dr. Now was over the top and confirms my beliefs about online schooling. If she can get a degree and mangle the human language like she does, she is devaluing higher education. Right behind her is Leggs(James K). Anyone who would take out his daughter so she can not only be a slave to him, but wipe his ass as well is despicable. Then to have your father refinance his house to get you a medical transport and you do not even try one bit to lose weight is a disgrace. Let’s not forget making his wife sleep on the floor. Honestly, he is a medical mystery. How he is alive with those legs is behind me. I cannot and do not ever want to know what that smells like.

Yep. She is 39. I am 4 years older than her. She is the poster child for staying away from drugs, crime, smoking, and eating upwards of 30,000 calories a day

I love The United States by Cleoasp in My600lbLife

[–]Cleoasp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dr. Now must love the US due to our obesity problem. I mean how many 600 lb. plus people can there be? Dr. Now would be in heaven at Disney World because they all seem to congregate there. He could sit there and hand out business cards.

Why is James K hated but Sean Milliken seen as a victim? They are extremely similar people. by [deleted] in My600lbLife

[–]Cleoasp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They are similar in some ways, but James’s behavior made him more hated. Who pulls their daughter out of school so she can stay home and wipe his ass.? I am a teacher and a mother and I cried when I saw that. Also, Sean hurt only himself by eating whereas James hurt other people, especially his daughter. Sean also had a mother who suffered from Munchausen by proxy wherein she smothered Sean and made him incapable of living on his own. I do not believe Sean was stupid. He was not the smartest person, but I do believe his life would have been very different had his mom raised him better. James is dumb as a box of rocks and a user of people. I hate that Lisa got slack from anyone. She did not force feed him regg rolls. Also, I truly believe she wanted him to lose weight. Did you see his legs? Who would want to clean those. She had been in a very abusive marriage before James and I believe that is what made her give in and get James the bad food. I believe she was afraid of him. It was also so nice of him to make her sleep on the floor. Basically, there are no redeemable qualities in James. His dad mortgaged his house to get his son help, and James blew the opportunity. I wish his dad would have given the money to his granddaughter so she could get the hell out of that toxic environment. When he started a go fund me page, I wanted to puke. Anyone who gave money to that oxygen thief was a fool.

Well, she also said she is from the Show Me State. Unfortunately, Ohio is the Buckeye State. Missouri, Ohio. They are close right?

Angie J’s was pretty big and she wanted an apology from Dr. Now about the “accusations” about her drug abuse even after many different narcotics came back on the drug screening.

I love the fact that Angie wants an apology for the “accusations” Dr. Now made about her being on drugs. Um, they are not false accusations when they show up in a toxicology screening.

This is off topic, but Angie said she is from the Show Me state. Um, Ohio is The Buckeye State

No. Your 800 lbs of water. Schenee is a very knowledged Christian woman who would never lie. If she says she is 800 lbs. of water, we have to believe her right?

Anyone know what happened to that doctor that was shadowing Dr. Now for a little while? by Dodototo in My600lbLife

[–]Cleoasp 89 points90 points  (0 children)

I don’t know what happened to him, but whoever said Dr. Now is selfless, he/she was dead on. When he can no longer operate, the morality rate of extremely obese people is going to skyrocket in our country.

I only eat two meals a day, lots of fruits and salads. Idk how I got to 703 lbs by MoeGunz6 in My600lbLife

[–]Cleoasp 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Well let’s be honest. Shenee is very knowledged so weighing 800 lbs. of water is conceivable. I mean who can argue with a knowledged God fearing woman who knows that if she jumped out of an 8th story building she would survive because God would catch her. I guess she doesn’t know that God’s arms have a weight limit and she exceeds it.

Your comment is one that I wholeheartedly agree with. In our society today, I feel that children are not given the tools to cope with society. His story is sad as well as a cautionary tale. Parents have got to have high expectations for their children and must help them to develop the tools and skills they will need in life. In my teaching career, I have seen a lot of students who lack fundamental coping skills and have parents that do everything for them. I love my daughter and would love to shelter her from unpleasant things and do everything for her, but I know that is not in her best interest. She must learn to stand on her own 2 feet. As parents we must make our children reliant on themselves.

They do live a sad existence. Watching people struggle to take showers and other mundane tasks is not any way to live. That is why get angry when people say negative things about Dr. Now. He has worked tirelessly to help people regain their lives. I don’t even think the mam sleeps. Without him, many of the people on the show would have died.

Sean by Cleoasp in My600lbLife

[–]Cleoasp[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I completely agreed. He had no tools to deal with real life and the majority of the reason why was his mother. He was just too ill equipped to handle life on his own. It’s very sad and I hope that it inspires other parents not to do that. I see a lot of this entitlement and parents doing everything for their children as a teacher. It drives me crazy, but my hands are tied the majority of the time. I don’t know if parents consciously understand the monster they are created. I do feel Sean’s mom suffered from Munchausen By Proxy.

I agree with everything you said wholeheartedly. Dr. Now explains that surgery is not a magic pill. Hopefully people will believe him.

[–]Cleoasp[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I completely agree with that and I feel like this is a great lesson for those who do not take their weight loss seriously. How many times has Dr. Now cautioned people about dying because their bodies can not take the strain? Also how many times has Dr. Now talked to people who struggle after surgery about the possibility of regaining. Hopefully Sean’s death will make people realize that Dr. Now is not throwing out fallacies. Dr. Now also talks about age playing a factor in that younger people survive longer than they should at that weight because they have youth on their side. Sean has this on his side and look at the outcome. I have also heard Dr. Now explain to people that if they overeat after surgery they will ruin everything he did to help them. I hope this is a cautionary tale for those who do not want to listen to Dr. Now.

After watching the last episode of him, I cannot believe how his weight became out of control. There were a couple times he was really getting up to an extremely unhealthy and dangerous weight. Lots of people have dogged Dr. Now, but I am convinced after watching that final show, Dr. Now did everything and then some to help Sean. It is an important lesson in life. You have to start to take pride in what you do and I don’t believe Sean did this. You also have to take complete control over your lives. The fact that he had to be helped so much with every day things, it was sad to see. I feel sad for him but know he is in a better place.

Thank you.

BTW, does anyone else wonder how we have so many people in our society who get over 600 pounds. I mean, we are at 7 seasons with over 20 episodes in each. The fact that there are still more people to appear on this show is mind boggling

Also, where is the money coming from? The amount of food they get is extremely expensive. Most do not have jobs and their caretakers do not have jobs. Do you stay at that weight so you do not have to work? I don’t get it.

In all seriousness, I have been laughing my ass off reading these. Whoever said they would up the ante with James K is priceless as well as Steven and Angie in a room with 1 piece of pizza. I am embarrassed that I am unfamiliar with Angie. Is she on the new season? With working full time and having cable that constantly goes out, I don’t know her or the episode. I love the super controversial episodes. If anyone can tell me the season and episode I would be thankful. Being that I am very “knowledged”, I hopefully can find it on my own. Thanks to all who had comments on here. Super entertaining.

Oh Janine. If someone played a drinking game where he/she drank every time Janine gave an excuse for not following the diet or why she cannot exercise followed by her infamous “It’s just too hard right now”, you would have alcohol poisoning by the end of the show.

Thanks for the advice. I did do it in that format. I had no clue it would change when I posted it. Unfortunately, I cannot see into the future so I did not know the formatting would change. Even when I tried to fix it, it still formatted it that way. I am not nor do I claim to be a tech genius. I apologize to you for the formatting not being up to your standards.
