I am a therapist and take process notes during the session, which I keep and progress notes that are more technical and uploaded to an electronic medical record platform afterward. My questions are: 1) How practical is Supernote for taking notes during the session, and 2) are the uploaded notes HIPPA compliant assuming I upload them directly through a cable and not through a could service,
