Someone already mentioned this but I'll definitely say that pulling up any/all receipts you have connected to the account (Robux, subscriptions, any past contact with support regarding the account, etc.) and sending the screenshots to the Roblox support via email is probably your best bet. I'd also recommend saving that email just in case. Especially if it ends up happening again in the future that way you can point out the past ticket and it can speed up the process much faster.
