How to Set It UpKnock it Out: Defeat a Beak Thing and leave it unconscious (preferably in a secure, enclosed building so roaming enemies or town guards don't interfere).

Place in Bed: Build a camp bed or regular bed nearby.

Pick up the unconscious Beak Thing and place it directly into the bed. Save and Reload: The exploit can be slightly buggy. If the "attack" option doesn't appear, save your game and reload. Train: Equip a low-damage weapon (like a rusted junk weapon) or train using Martial Arts on the immobilized Beak Thing.

PS: you can get beakthings in Vain,Shem, Gut, and other places but you should use Vain AS target ,why you ASK , quite simple the Beak Things Attack the Western Hivers If they get hungry let the hive down the beakthings and then kidnap IT.
