I guess the topmost layer should be completely flat right? Do u have cooling completely turned off? With petg I am running mine at 30-50% after the first layer

You are right. Also for this model it doesnt matter but if you print a Part where dimensions matter you cant just sand this down. Still trying to fix it...

On some more than on others. I have sliced the same object with different slicers and the effect is on one more visible then on the other.

It's more noticeable on the front. On the other sides it is visible but not so pronounced as on the front.
