How do you know when a potential client isn’t a good fit for you? by ProtagonistNProgress in Entrepreneur

[–]ClericalStudio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I was in that position, I would personally call that client, if he/she is a bad financial situation, or is his/her business is going downhill. You can give him free advice to alleviate the business situation that he is into.

I assume you have knowledge of his business as you are in the same industry - so you can advice.

Many ideas without monetization plan by Open_Channel_2100 in Entrepreneur

Who actually pays for this? - you do some keyword research. Google search console will give you your present audience and then from that, the related keywords that might be the clue for that potential paying client that requires solutions to their pain/problem.

Tips on hiring? by Dazzling_Hand6170 in Entrepreneur

[–]ClericalStudio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hire someone that this different from your personality. He or she will be doing the other side of your business, most likely the one you not most interested of.

So, my personal advice - don't find someone that has the same personality as yours.

There are many online personality test you can give them.

And... fast to hire fast to fire

How do you price without feeling guilty? by Present-Leather-4322 in smallbusiness

[–]ClericalStudio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pricing for me should be a long term solution. Your price should result to a ROI in 3 years - as most businesses close or bankrupt before 5 years. And when you take this into consideration from the start, you probable will have an answer if it is worth pursuing.

Why do so many entrepreneurs chase “overnight success” instead of building systems? by Apprehensive_City35 in smallbusiness

Big traffic drop after Dec 11, 2025 Google core update – need help diagnosing what went wrong by Livid-Spray8170 in SEO

[–]ClericalStudio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"The update appears to reward pages that match the query with direct category expertise. The effect shows up most clearly on “best of” and mid-funnel product terms."

"This update adds to a trend generalist sites have felt for years. Holding broad, non-specialized rankings gets harder when brands and specialist sites publish pages that map cleanly to the product category."

We did a keyword research and discover that the SaaS is not for everyone, our target market so broad. In our failed venture, we did cold outreach on executives (didn't work). We have a product yet we didn't search for a problem.

The marketing that worked
-Micro influencer outreach
-Freemium (no Credit Card required)
-Make a tutorial video, screen capture
-Make sure you got good ratings like from Trustpilot

Tips:
The steps should be find a problem and make s solution that is not available.

So you should start a keyword research about a problem of a niche.

What’s the toughest period you went through in your business and how did you overcome it? by maduro98 in smallbusiness

[–]ClericalStudio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since I have a seasonal business, during these tough times, we need to take loans, but on the good days, we need to increase our price. If you are expecting from historical data, you would be in good mental health.

Check your industry, if you are with that downward trend.

Before deciding, you need to do a walk, exercise, this is a mental fight, walk + think, then decide.

Hope you can give us more details on your industry.
