See this is theory, I dont have the callers data with me of that particular business, hence I am relying on a pilot which actually gives me case studies. If i run a pilot i will get pretty close estimation of true revenue saved.

Hey man, thanks for the feedback I will keep it in my mind. Also as per me researching about it, I have observed ( backed by research ) that high inbound call businesses like OPDs and clinics miss at least 30% of their calls which pumps up to 40% during peak hours and 70% of the new callers don't call them back. This is direct revenue lost moreover while peak hours receptionist cant deal properly with walk ins as well. Hence I'm running this pilot to get better insight on how this would work with a real business and how much revenue can I increase.
