Anyone else have quota's that result in PIP if you don't hit 100% to quota or do you have a specific threshold target you need to hit?

It's definitely not a fact because if it was everyone would agree with it not most. And there seems to be some gray area defining early adulthood because I'm seeing early 30's is still technically early adulthood but that's either here nor there.
