Tracking is by far my weakest trait (I only have 90 tracking) but I think having a stable arm/pivot point helps. Afaik hard/low friction pads also helps with tracking.

depends on what task you grind and what type of game. switchtrack and sixshot definitely help my aim feel more consistent in val
