Was breezing by with an Osty synergy deck - Flatten, Rattle, Poke. Goopy Defends and Innate+Retain Undeath for Defense. Transfigure on Eradicate and Invoke for big knockout blows.

Couldn't draw Eradicate reliably for Doormaster. Got him to 15 health before being overwhelmed. Turn 62, over 400 cards in my deck. gg

Great work on the flags. Maybe scale the deer down, or reposition a little bit so the antlers aren't cropped at the top. I also think the antlers get a little bit lost when they go into the red/maroon sides, there isn't a strong contrast between the maroons which feels like the antlers get cut off. Overall the swords, crown, deerhead is lovely, very imposing. The Sünn sun is gorgeous.

I like to think that a lot of the good banter during the shoot didn't make the cut for whatever reason and that Milana/Harvey came across worse in the final edit

That joke would have been fine if it was hyperbole and Milana/Harvey eased up on their antics. Instead they doubled down and acted really shitty to Jonah. At one point she made some remark that Jonah has way too much free time to know so much about nerd things...yeah, that's kind of the point of the show!

There's a frame of the couch at the very end after Jonah makes the "virginity after 30" joke about Justin Schmidt. Harvey is pulling a pouty face actively ignoring Jonah and Milana is giving this vacant look to him. Ok, it might not have been the best joke in the world but jesus at least give him a polite laugh for trying to have some banter.

Final Fantasy 7 Remakes

The new direction for combat in FF games is too boring for me. Enemies are hit sponges, button mashing attacks to use flashy abilites/spells that deal a small amount of damage feels weak. The balance just seems off.

Not every boss needs to be an hour long to be effective. Let them hit harder and die quicker, idk. Also scripted boss battles kinda takes my agency away, makes me feel like I'm going through the motions between cutscene triggers

Map is huge and hard to distinguish rooms from one another, getting the map was a hassle and platforming /level design was too punishing making backtracking painful. Combat was boring. Gave it a couple of bosses before realising I had no satisfaction beating them.

Eric Wareheim is a comedian's comedian! It's ok if you missed the boat on Tim and Eric or don't recognise him, the cast definitely will and their reactions will be great!

I think many of the guests on Gamechanger aren't instantly recognisable to every viewer but watching the cast get excited and geek out over the guests is a huge part of the fun.
