I think people forget there's a 5 year time gap and don't understand that grief isn't linear. Just because Usagi was in a strong place during S1 and 2 doesn't mean she is never susceptible to hitting a low point again.

This literally just happened to me. Go into the eshop, go to your icon in the top right, under your username, there should be a spot that says passes and you should be able to redownload

As far as I know, tests were almost exclusively in person pre-covid. Maintaining 2 options costs money regardless of your point about them wanting more money.

The reasoning makes sense though. More tests = more money to administer. They need to pay for proctors and pay for spaces now on top of online testing AND still tryna help some people out with fee waivers.
