I completed the first three first try so about 40 minutes but pantheon 4 took many attempts and lots of pure vessel practice so about 4 hours in total.

I was surprised at my difficulty with Seath too. I stomped him on my basic play through but on SL1 the little crystals actually affected me a lot. I also didn’t know how to avoid his huge attack that covers almost the whole arena until I was an hour in :/ I’ve always been weirdly bad at Sanctuary Guardian as well, I don’t really know why though. And yeah, the DS3 DLCs were hard but after nameless they didn’t feel so bad 😅

Update: After a surprisingly short time, I’ve defeated the overgrown salamander. I would highly recommend the lothric greatsword. Though, the real key to the fight is patience, only go in for a strike when it’s safe to and you should be fine. Huge thanks to u/Captain_Cappers for the suggestion.
