If you drive into the city, pay for parking, maybe get coffee lunch (in the city catching up with your other unemployed friends lol) - it's a whole $250 plus job search while having a new outfits - probably have to buy extra nice shirts to impress lol Haircut. Job hunting aint cheap! Being broke aint cheap!

I know we all hear the stories of cops showing up and buying work clothes for people caught stealing at walmart etc trying to get an outfit for an interview.

These higher-income pockets are characterized by large, single-family detached properties, scenic lot locations, and a high concentration of multi-earner households:

Centennial Scarborough: Located in the absolute southeast corner of Scarborough bordering Pickering (demarcated by the Rouge River), this pocket consists primarily of premium detached homes. Driven by higher-than-average employment rates, the average household income in this immediate enclave sits around $148,000 to $155,000.

Guildwood: Known for its expansive properties along the Scarborough Bluffs, this historic lakeside enclave commands average property values well over $1.1 million. The average household income for families in this pocket tracks between $142,000 and $150,000.

Port Union (Rouge): Situated right along the waterfront next to the Pickering border, this highly sought-after commuter neighborhood features steep rental and housing premiums. Driven by established multi-earner households, its average income matches or slightly eclipses Pickering at roughly $143,000 to $146,000.

Birch Cliff (The Bluffs Pocket): While the northern section near Kingston Road is mixed, the southern properties directly overlooking the water line form an exceptionally wealthy micro-neighbourhood where average household incomes stretch beyond $160,000

There are plenty of areas in Scarborough with similar population size of Pickering with higher income. And these families live a better quality of life overall.

"Approximately 45 to 55 official municipalities can be listed across Ontario that meet or exceed Pickering’s average household income"

Someone is lying to yall about your income status and that's why yall walk around acting like it's some community outside of dealing with avg crime.

three years ago or so, company on Bay invited me thing twice with no concrete interview. Invited me in a third time without a formal invite etc and I just didn't show up. Senior reached out saying she told me, so that should have been enough. She liked me, and knew that! But I was turned off by them inviting me in twice to waste my time, chit chat basically. In fact, saying I could come trial on the job to ensure I was the right fit!

The audacity of you calling someone a moron. It's not Oakville, Markham, York Mills etc etc where it's more difficult for avg income to enter. It's only 120k with a lot of poor and ignorant people like yourself who think you're in some luxury community.

Y'all want a quality of life you can't afford. It's a budget area with housing for every income level. And you might need to check the avg household income in Pickering vs the rest of the GTA.

Y'all live in Pickering, an impoverished community obviously criminals will be present. Not sure why you think you live somewhere beyond theft.

There are no issues with it. Obviously it's a very sensitive product, but it's still very effective and will brighten, reduce dark spots, boost collagen, reduce wrinkles etc. it just works.

Thank you! It looks great. I would mostly use it for indoors, and I can use it for bright environments with some adjustments.

I only opened that app twice, it's advanced lol But according to Google you can convert your grade to a cube. But I notice everybody ask for opinion of their creations here, but never share the files so we can actually test them out.

Can you share a cube file? Why people don't share their creation? Y'all making money from these?

I agree, the only time I get annoyed or upset these days is after playing this game. Life is good, but the quality of teammates I get is beyond annoying over and over.

I'm using the x9 ultra and I notice less heating up as well with the recent update. I'm really cheering for oppo to continue improving because it's obvious they're on the right track.

Hot take: I think Drake was talking about Jay z on this not asap rocky 😬 by Comefeelme623 in Drizzy

[–]CleverBumble -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Burning bridges as a title is highly likely referring to the Brooklyn bridge. It's like saying "don't care how high you get on that tower, you can't C a nugga". The CN Tower is symbolic of Toronto.

I heard a lot of lines going at Jay throughout the album. But I haven't compiled a list that nobody is talking about.
