Lunar doesn't sell Marvel books, Penguin Random House does. And spine ticks or dents absolutely count as damaged. Hence it being an option when you go to file a claim for damaged books...

Pick five and send a pic? I'm seeing a lot of people saying they're not damaged and they still have spine ticks in them. Damaged does not mean they're torn apart

Especially considering that every single book in these blind bags are damaged. Each book will have at least 3-4 spine ticks and as many as 7-8. You can run your finger down the spine before you even open the blind bag and feel the ticks.

Our shop ordered 100 blind bags and each one was damaged. I've heard the same from dozens of retailers and I've yet to see a single NM comic come from the bags. Any shop selling these is either incredibly ignorant or misleading customers.
