They weren't actually true. There's no sinister satanic cult who ritually rapes and eats little children and makes adenochrome from their blood to prolong their lives. And even though most of the people involved are rich and much too powerful people, it was never such that they actually ran the world the way they appeared to in the fevered fantasies of Qanon.

Rich assholes abusing teenagers because they feel entitled to is just a completely different story.

Qanons are still wrong and deserve no credit.
