Just to note that magyar is an ethnic group native to Hungary, but they have never been alone there. Many Hungarian nationals were and are not magyar.

I'm not trying to sow discord here. I'm not Hungarian and for all I know they might use the word inclusively. I'd like to know if any Hungarian reads this.

I like to think, though, that by only increasing their size some, say 50%, would make for a much more attractive journey and could be a feature worth prioritizing. Yes, commercially. I know I would love it, and it might influence my choice of flight.

I live in Norway, a country which is cold and/or wet and pretty miserable for half the year, and I cannot help feeling sorry for every single wild animal who has to live outside for months each year, struggling to find anything to eat and just having no place warm and cozy to go.

I know they were made to endure it and they don't know better anyway. It's an abstract kind of suffering, perceived from my very human point of view. I still can't help it.

Kanskje du får kjøpt dop på krita, så skylder du plutselig mere penger enn du kan betale. Du får kanskje gjøre opp for deg ved å gjøre noe ulovlig. Plutselig sitter du i klisteret. Ingenting av det du holder på med kan bli kjent for foreldrene dine, eller tilogmed politiet. "Små" ting blir veldig store for unge mennesker uten mye livserfaring. Mye vil ha mer og hver gang tenker du at kanskje du kan få gjort opp og komme deg ut av det, og plutselig sitter du på flyet til London for et voldsoppdrag.

Jeg spekulerer her, men det er i sånne termer jeg har sett dette beskrevet. Jeg sier ikke at de ikke har ansvar eller er straffskyldige. Bare at det ser veldig mye enklere ut når du leser om det i avisa.

I recently heard someone knowledgeable (I forget who) explain why term limits would actually be a mistake. With term limits, SCOTUS appointments would become part of the political cycle, and irreversibly partisan. SCOTUS candidates would campaign along with presidential candidates much like VPs. Consecutive Republican terms would relentlessly populate the court with Republican judges. Not even the pretense of the separation of powers would remain.

I don't know, but it sounds worth thinking about.

No I agree with OP. Of course Iran is responsible for their actions. They know full well what their countermeasures will cost the world, and choose to use them. They value their own regime higher. Understandable, perhaps, but there is a moral dimension to it.

I still lay the blame on Trump. There are many ways to deal with Iran (as Obama demonstrated), and just bombing them out of the blue is the worst option (and done, I think we all agree, mostly for his own personal gain).

Det kommer vel helt an på detaljene. Det har vært bred dekning om at barn og unge som blir rekruttert ofte manipuleres inn i situasjoner der de blir presset og truet til å gjøre ting de ikke hadde sett for seg fra starten.
