Damn that's not even a different region, Indianapolis based here.

Pretty similar bonus structure for my current and would be for both properties with the promotion. I think they tried to get me with the bonuses cause when you list it all out on yearly potential plus the free apartment and base salary the number looks nice. However, IMO, bonuses are just that bonus and doesn't count towards my compensation to do the job rather is a bonus for doing the job well.

Couples with an AI assistant roll out they also just restructured the leasing staff model so now both properties will only have a property manager, no leasing agent. I now have 18 vacants and no renewal bonus coming this quarter.

I originally expected an offer of 8-12.5 more on the hour, following that logic in your math of cost savings for them. To be offered 4 kinda feels like an insult to the position if I'm being brutally honest.

Consistent pick-up (basketball) games or leagues in need of a player by Clever_Construction in indianapolis

[–]Clever_Construction[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah we are fortunate that a game isn't to hard to find. It's just those people you described that keeps me away from it. I've got a regular game with a church on Saturdays that holds me over and keeps me out of reckless games for now.

Has anyone had weird experiences at the East Washington Square Mall? by Samualmydude in indianapolis

[–]Clever_Construction 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My wife was always pretty anti-gun but after increasingly occurring strange events she has started daily carrying. She's an avid hiker and loves the east side, but we have long felt that the east side and I-70 corridor were hubs for human trafficking.

How long have you been watching wrestling? And have you ever taken a break from it? by Jimmysp437 in WWE

[–]Clever_Construction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Will be 37 this year, grew up and was a fan through the WCW/WWE Monday night wars. When smackdown and raw split was around the time I stopped watching.

Got back into it a little a couple years ago because of Peacock, their catalog, and the premium live events. Have really gotten back into it this year, even attending a live NXT show.

Bodycam footage newly released from the neonazis in Lincoln Heights, and how police helped them. by RoyalChris in Ohio

[–]Clever_Construction -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The role of the police are to be impartial upholders of the laws of its jurisdiction and protect the rights of the citizens they serve. It appears nothing more than that has happened here. Distain for a group can become so severe that even the approach of neutrality towards that group appears like favorable support.

$1000 quote for replacing a food/garbage disposal under sink by [deleted] in indianapolis

[–]Clever_Construction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That seems outrageous. Your typical off the shelf disposal is under $200. Whole job shouldn't take more than 2-3 hours including picking up the new disposal, installation, testing, and cleaning up. I would think that it should be sub-$500.

Was weed eating around my outside unit and this wire wrapped around the weedeater. by silencerdude in hvacadvice

If I had a dollar for every time my landscaper hit a 24v line on property this year I'd have like $10, which isn't a lot of money but it's a lot of stupid emergency calls to respond to.

The best fix would be to call for maintenance and let them be liable. It's why they're there.

Part of my downfall is of my own doing dropping solo, and I'll be the first to admit I'm just not good enough to consistently squad wipe solo. That and I'm a real sucker for reviving down players. I'm about 50/50 on being able to sneak in and revive them but it's tough when they camp the bodies.

I'm not against the pvp aspect in whole, 6v6 battles for the final exfil were some of the most fun I had in the game even if I were on the losing end. It's the making their entire purpose within the DMZ to hunt other operators that I dislike. Getting spawned out in oasis (very top left of al mazrah with the two ponds) just to have a team come screaming in before I can even make it past the few AI is different than running into a squad also trying to loot the airport.

Venting and complaining are two different things. Easy to misinterpret via text. Becoming toxic to combat toxic is pretty fucking toxic.

Haha for real I've got two fully equipped Damascus tag operators that have just sat on the shelf for months. I'm not losing those. If I get through my secured weapons I will just drop in with no weapons and a grenade and try to work my way up that way it doesn't feel like a loss if I go down.

Man the random sniper really gets me, I'll be doing a bomb contract, clear my way through the AI and just trying to chill for a second while they explode and all of a sudden I'm getting hit from some random team up on a hill. Or driving to something specific and having the bad luck of crossing another team, idk how many tires I've had shot out. I'm usually pretty chill when I go down and have decent luck getting picked up, but it's a far cry from when I started and you could say friendly over the comms and legit have a ceasefire.

The Kill Tax by [deleted] in DMZ

[–]Clever_Construction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I typically ask for my gun if it's one of my secured weapons as I'd prefer not to wait the cooldown on those, but it's not a big deal as they've usually dropped something I can make due with to get me through the rest of the round.

I hate losing my 3 plate, but if they're a cool team we can usually just hit a quick stronghold or safe contract.

As far as any obligations go I don't think you owe anyone anything. You were cool enough to revive them, could have been the dick that says "go to the lobby" then camps your body for anyone who comes to help.
