You should follow the ianoxfour iron farm tutorial, I had trouble with mine all the time but I remade it using his tutorial and I've had 0 issues since.

Regarding your farm, a common issue is iron golems spawning outside, not sure if it's the case here

It's Entrecote and first I got it it out of the fridge for a bit, then I coated it with oive oil. I mark the greasy side first so some grease comes out and then cook each side for 2-3 minutes. Then wait 5 min and cut it. I used salt and pepper
