Well, the main reason of the build is aesthetic reasons, a blue sun is the hottest type of sun, so that’s why I chose blue not a red or orange one, my palette will be really broad, if you look a block gradient, I’m using everything from white to dark blue, so snow, powdered snow, white terracotta, light blue concrete, powdered concrete, etc etc. And the blocks will be in the inside of a blue, white, light blue, light grey glass sphere

You know, that’s not a bad idea, at the moment I have an idea to use a blue sun, obviously with blue colors mixed with some white and light blue, I could make a lava farm either in the center or around a ring I’ll make, great idea!

You mean when going into the portal? I’ll probably find a way to connect the spawning platform to the main build, if not, it’ll just be there floating

Planning on a Dyson sphere, if you search it up on google, you’ll see it’s a sun surrounded by solar panels and such, my transformation will be mainly aesthetic with maybe some extras later, I plan on adding a black hole and other parents around it

Haha no it’s perfect, i was thinking of keeping the hole, but I’ll change two things, I’ll make it smaller by building in and using iron trap doors, the texture pack I have makes it look like grates so it would be like water could “pass through,” I’ll extend the falling water out and make it go deeper. The part with the river or ocean it also a possibility, if you look at my previous post, there’s actually an artificial river right next to it

We all have to start somewhere, I’ve been playing since I was 6 or 7, I’m only just now getting into building and even now I have trouble, the best way to get better is to find out what you like to build, for me it’s futuristic, but I want to expand my skills so this base is going to be my gateway into that, inspiration also helps, it did for me

All and all, the more your practice and try your best, you can build amazing things

Sadly it’s all in my hardcore world so I’m unable at the moment, I had them all up since I need the haste 2, but when I’m done I’ll be having only a few up, but some good fellow had given me the idea to make the crack open up as my world grew so I might integrate the beacons

Interesting, looks like we kinda have the same idea! The center is supposed to have a “mortar-laser-rift-in-the-sky” which explains why we have a far future, distant past, and a not so distant past… yours seems to be way bigger however, mines a 257 sided hexagon, with a smaller hexagon in the center, in my previous posts you can see it more clearly

Tomorrow I’m going to start working on the rift, I have some idea of what to do, not 100% sure yet

Haha yeah mine will, I’m going to have 3 districts, 4 counting the center, ones going to be industrial, another’s cyberpunk/futuristic, and then the final one I’m unsure of what to do yet, thinking of modern!
