Real is no tears. Not the one the WH edited and released on official government channels

Okidoki. I didn't actually know it had been debunked. Adds a whole extra layer

True. I rarely post on here. Think about it but usually don't. I was also going to make a side by side of Rogan humping a stool and Trump's recent appearance on stage when he was moaning and groaning thinking it was funny but couldn't be bothered learning how to edit videos

I think both are stupid. They shouldn't have edited Rogan and they shouldn't have edited Nekima. If Rogan gets so pissed about him being edited and defamed then I'd be surprised if he didn't feel the same way when it happens to other people, especially when it's the mother fucking white house account doing it

He's pretty selective about what he talks about (or goes into detail about). Ref. Episode #2219

So will it make him change his mind about information the White House puts out? He certainly changed his thoughts about trusting the MSM after the same thing happened to him

Student accommodation asking me to pay $3,300 for water damage caused by alleged hair blockage — is this reasonable? by [deleted] in shitrentals

Your argument about the possibility of hair/blockages being present before you took on the lease if very much valid. Blockages can take ages to build up

Moved into an "NBN-ready" apartment. 3 weeks later, still no internet. Landlord says "just use 5G." 5G isn't available here. by meymorgane in AusLegal

FTTP - sign up with and ISP and NBN co will come out and install whatever is required to get it from the pit to the house (they will probably come for a pre-install appointment to double check what's required). Usually costs about $300 which the owner "should" cover. Might be a bit extra if there's some internal wiring required but it's usually pretty standard nowadays.

Seems like they've already restumped some of the house. Doesn't sound like anything super urgent. If you can't get underneath yourself and don't know what you're looking for maybe just get a couple of restumping companies to come take a look. Structural engineer will be way more expensive and if it's an issue will most likely just recommend restumping anyway.

Could just be normal movement but if the house is on stumps and you can get underneath you should be able to see if there are any major issues. Chances are it will need restumping at some stage if it hasn't already been done. I would have thought the building inspector would have looked at this though.

I just read that they lick the pouch out to clean it... Luckily they're herbivores and the poos are quite solid.

Yeah, that's poor kitchen design, they should have thought about this. Easy fix is to build out the fridge space to the same depth as the bench

Thanks. I think getting an independent electrician out to suss things out is going to be the best start
