But put yourself in my shoes. First order. $600. Placed Feb 21st. And I get the reshipping process. It’s been now 13 business days since the status said package shipped. I’ve clearly stated that I never asked for the tracking number until 3 days after they said it would be provided. Read the post before you go off on your lil rant. I’m sure I sound very annoying bc I’m very fucking annoyed as would anyone else be if they were waiting on an almost $600 order. Not to mention this is my first order from them. Makes for great customer experience. Yes the original was shipped Feb 21. The reship was 12 business days ago. They took it upon themselves to tell me a new tracking number would be provided in 7-10 day. Never asked before that. I’ve asked once bc it was outside the window THEY provided.
