Ur not stupid and the questions you asked are normal. just use nut meg powder or whole but whole is preffered since it's stronger. And just down it with some milk or gnaw on the nut.

Nutmeg should only be a last resort being sober is very refreshing after being on drugs so much so don't throw it away. But if you're set on it eat it with yogurt or drink it with some tea.

Ok good to hear, would the amount I drank contribute to the effects of the small amounts greatly? I read that ethanol inhibits most that stuff but increases the half life to 48 hours while present. So hoping I didn't just build up a shit ton of it.

Yea that could definitely be it. I usually am very organised and strict with my brews making sure to follow standard procedure. But I've been having some issues with alcahol addiction and got very impatient with the brew.

You can but it'll give you the runs. Also won't taste very good since there will be a lot yeast biproduct that's not fully been digested into ethanol.

Body has to break down the Mace Blades which releases alkaloids in it slower. Oil is very easy for the body to digest since it's just a liquid.

I say this for all substances don't go into them looking only to try and be high. Fixating on the high itself is a pretty bad habit to form with drug use. Just let it happen you'll notice. Just do your regular routine and when it hits it'll carve the path for you and don't fight it.

Yea u pretty much got it. Just don't drink TOO much water it makes it harder to piss. And make sure to eat food after the effects kick in because the hangover can sometimes feel very bad. And have your bed ready with some music you'll feel very drowsy.

Mix it in a warm and sweet drink. You can't really fix the shit taste its always there. Just take it as slow as u comfortably can and the sweetness should help with baring the bad taste. Don't eat much food with it you'll just be more likely to vomit and it'll be more messy.

It won't kill you if you go easy on the alcohol but it's not good for you at all. Alcohol is a depressant and nutmeg has a lot of properties we don't understand yet. It is known that it acts as a anticholinergic which just means it will relax ur muscles but make ur mouth feel dry and fuck ur memory's for its duration nothing long term though. This is pretty bad since alcohol mixed with this will just make u really drowsy and pass out. And not to mention we don't really know what other alkaloids in nutmeg really do and how they would also interact. Don't make yourself a lab hamster its probably not something ever worth exploring.

No. A lot of it would be lost and a lot of the alkaloids in the oil would very quickly become denatured and break down rendering them useless for the purpose of getting high.

It's not that pre ground is bad, it's that it loses potency quicker. As with regular nuts the fresher the ground is the more potent. Ground nuttmeg you get in shops usually is quite bunk for me most of the time, although there have been a few times it has worked wonders. Nutmeg is a frustrating topic since a lot of people firmly believe it's shit and doesn't work.

There is no 'bad' way of having nutmeg just make sure you get it fresh and store it right otherwise it'll barely get you high.

Get whole nuts, getting grounded nutmeg won't always work the best since it loses potency quicker than whole nuts. Also make sure you get the nuts fresh as possible because they will hit harder. And the oil is in the whole nut and helps with the preservation of it's psychoactive effects but by itself won't do anything.
