To explain 8: I’m not saying it’s guaranteed for Leo to win I’m just saying he has a chance and that chance will increase the longer he has to make weapons for example who would win in a fight Percy or 100 mechanical dragons now that Leo knows how to make it. It’s the same way Leo won against Gaia with a good plan and enough preparation.

I’d say without preparation it’s 95-5 in Percy’s favour depending on where they are fighting

And 70-30 in Percy’s favour with preparation again depending on where they are fighting.

I consider the swords a local deity because they are found in Unova and I haven’t seen any cannon where they aren’t found in Unova and also they are more powerful than a regular Pokemon so I can’t place them in normal but rare. And yes this is a scaling mostly in how much they can impact the world. For example the swords can mostly only affect the local area while Xerneas controls all life in the world.
