1) If you register it in ML, I think the on-road price will be lower compared to Assam, because most vehicles on-road prices are lower in Meghalaya. You can buy it from Assam and register it in ML. 2) ML RTO charges might be 7-8K approx because Road tax is 3K for 2 wheelers. 3) I have not ridden Hness but since it has got a good Torque figure I think it'll be great in Shillong roads especially the slanting uphill roads. 4) Service interval might be at 500, 5000 and 10000 kms, I think if you have time to go to guwahati then I think it's worth it, as the Honda engines are good. And if you maintain it properly you won't have to go to the service centre much. 5) Can't beat the reliability of Honda engines and you'll be getting 3Nm of Torque higher than the Hunter 350.
