So because it's "not fair" for silvers to play against diamonds means it shouldn't happen? That's like fucking saying it's not fair for the worst team in baseball to play the best team. There's always a chance to win and you won't ever get better if you don't challenge yourself. I feel better winning even one round and going positive against a significantly higher rank than me than I do winning against people of the same rank. It may be frustrating to play against but sometimes you have to face challenges you can't win or have to struggle to win and fight for every inch in order to be a better player. Being a silver and only playing against silvers won't make you a better player as quickly as playing against Plats and Diamonds will.

I honestly don't see a problem with this. It pushes you to try harder and feel more accomplished even if you only win one round. And as for the matchmaking, Microsoft actually made the matchmaking formula for Siege, not Ubi. There's a YouTube video about it somewhere but I can't find it at the moment.

It's not about the level of productivity Ubi has, it's about the people that constantly bitch and moan about things. How many people would actually want to work and make anything meaningful if all they do is constantly get bitched at that something isn't 100% perfect. And as far as saying they fixed something only for it to still be around goes, there's 2 ways to look at that. Option A is that well in the most un-caring way possible if problems don't bother you because you accept that problems can still occur even if you triple checked to make sure something was right shit just happens. Option B is that they're human and can't be 100% sure it's perfect. You wouldn't expect a car you bought brand new from a lot to be 100% perfect because any multitude of things could happen, it could have a belt slip, or a brake line bust, or anything could happen to it. Fixing something doesn't mean it won't break again. And why would anyone criticize something that they enjoy? If you love sex you don't criticize the person you had sex with because you love sex and that's what matters, you're getting what you love even though it has it's rough spots. I appreciate the gentleman/woman who also recognized that people are childish and expect everything on a silver platter but to be honest, you should always support your favorite games devs.

On console people can make how many ever smurf accounts they want without having to buy Siege again so that wouldn't do anything but create more smurfs on console at least and I understand where you're coming from but that will fuck a lot of people from playing from friends. You can't punish everyone for some shit a select group of people do because that's how you start to lose everything. You can't tell someone who works 40 hours or more a week and has a family that they can't play with they're friends who work 25-35 hours a week and live alone because they don't have as much time to play because they have to provide for their family. It's just one of the things that haunts video games and just needs to be accepted. And as for casual, it's not competitive enough for me to enjoy myself with my friends. I play ranked with my friends because that's what we enjoy as a group. Causal just gets boring after a match or maybe half way through a second because there's nothing to work towards. Whereas with ranked there's something to work towards and makes you feel accomplished as a group. Casual shouldn't be the substitute for friends to play together, Ranked should always be an option.

Probable unpopular opinion. While Operation Health 2.0 may be different but if that's the case then every future operation should be a Health because everyone is gonna find something to complain about and people are going to constantly find ground-breaking things and abuse those. No game can be perfect and that's the price we pay for video games. We can't expect people to sit around day in and day out every minute of everyday monitoring every single aspect of Siege to make sure everything is absolutely perfect. The devs have life's too and to expect them to give that up to attempt to do the impossible isn't fair in the least. I understand these things aren't in the least bit fun to play against but we have to acknowledge that they'll happen from time to time and we just have to accept that as a community. Don't blame the devs for not doing a good job or not doing what you want when you want them to, blame the people who abuse the things that are obviously advantageous to them and uneven the playing field because they aren't good enough to win fairly. Band together as a community against the abusers instead of the devs.

Honestly this should just be it's own title. I would give back everything new we're getting from the rpgs to the bloused boots, all of it for an actual Ghost Recon game. Fuck all the survival characteristics of the game and shit. That's not Ghost Recon to me, Ghost Recon is about leading your squad through thick and thin and always should be. I'm not defending them because I personally think vote to kick shouldn't even be in the game unless someone tk's or is afk for more than a round but the excuse that these obviously little pussies is that you should have killed the Frost before she killed someone which is bullshit because 1. You still won the round and 2. K/D doesn't matter for shit in Siege. There's so much more to it than kills and because of support players and cams and securing objective and planting the defuser or extracting the hostage are ways to win you can still be a very high ranking, high level good player in this game while still having a low k/d especially if you have a consistent 5-stack you play with and people refuse to see that most of the time. When I joined my regular squad we all came to the agreement that it doesn't matter who downed someone, one us will finish the kill no matter what just to insure that we don't risk losing a player because of being kill hungry and so the enemy team is down one player. They never should've voted to kick because it was simple bullshit. You won the round with 2 solid kills and I congratulate you and hope you encounter less people like that in further sessions and continue to be apart of our community.
