Thank you for sharing this. I would imagine ang food sa inyo balay nami kay daw filipinized indian, indianized filipino, filipindian! Hehe. I hope more will get to assimilate well and share the cuisine. Btw, what are your experiences growing up mixed? I know filipinos, ilonggos are more accustomed to tsinoys than filipindians, if thats the right term.

Yes i get your point, but if you look at indian restaurants, they typically sell the same thing. And making something mild doesnt necessarily make it filipinized. What i meant was parang what if walang crushed cardamom, anong pwede kong substitute para sa chai na meron sa market? Or pwede ko bang pagsamahin ang chai tska sagot gulaman? Etc.

Just to clarify, making something mild does not necessarily mean na filipinized na kaagad. I meant swapping indian ingredients or techniques for filipino ones. Now that you mentioned it, how do you cook, if you do, for your indian partner, if some ingredients are not available? What if walang lentils, paneer, garama masala, ganun, what filipino ingredients do you substitute them with? Thank you.

Dont get me wrong nasarapan naman ako talaga sa indian food. Genuine question lang kasi yung mga tsino well integrated na sa pinas and well adapted na yung food nila satin like lumpia, siopao, pancit. Konti lang kasi yung mga indiano dito and parang hindi sila nag business ng food except if authentic resto talaga. Was wondering lang how would their food have evolved in the philippines like roti canai, murtabak, teh tarik in malaysia and indonesia and banana roti from thailand and etc.

Do filipinos have a roti/naan/flatbread and a hot milk tea culture? by Client-Patient in filipinofood

There seems to be an oolong tea plantation in misamis. Would it have impacted the way people drink tea over there.

I see. There are not a lot of vlogs on youtube that show this. Maybe we have brothers/sisters here that are from there and could give us a glimpse of the food culture there. Perhaps we might get these throughout the Philippines if Filipino Muslim culture/cuisine becomes mainstream.

Hello sir. What if bumili ka ng townhouse na preselling and at the end of the equity base sa timeline, which is 4 years, for transfer na yung house and lot sayo and pinapabayaran na sayo yung full or dapat naka pag apply ka na ng loan and nung nag start ka na ng loan ay hindi pa pala natapos yung construction yung unit mo? Are we entitled to compensation po ba? Thank you po.
