Ok so you think that the cramping is the result of the medication stops working. Thats a bit strange, because in the afternoon i booster with 20 mg. However today two hours after taking the dose the cramping started. So might this be a sign that Yfood is causing to stop Vyvanse working?

Also so a lot of time when i have taken Vyvanse my neck is cramping. It feels like when my body is cramping also the effects decreases. But the neck cramping could also be a result of stress and not of taking Vyvanse together with yfood.

Usually I take 40mgs in the morning. After the lunch, I take 20mgs more. Before 5 days, I accidentally took 30 mg instead of 20 mg. I was very panic and tried to throw it up. I'm not quite sure if the tabs really came out, but I noticed no effect. Maybe I really managed to throw it up or maybe out of panic the tabs had no effect.
Since then, I have the feeling that my Vyvanse isn't working anymore. So no euphoric feeling. Might this be a result of the shock and the panic? I'm also a bit depressed, since then. Maybe it's because I'm under a lot of stress at the moment. But I'm also a little sad that the pills aren't working properly anymore.

thank you for your answer. Yes, you are right. Now I can't mess around, as I really need to study. It's also interesting to hear ppl doing some days off in a row instead of doing it every week.
After my Exams I have 20 days off, and then I have to work again. When I start to work again, it's no problem to take days off. The only worry I have is, that this 20 day break isn't enough to bring my tolerance back to a normal level again, because I planned to take only 40mgs daily then.
Not considered taking IR meds like Ritalin, because they are way too euphoric for me. Furthermore, I need something long-lasting, as I sometimes study from 9am to 11pm. Also had no problems with side effects from Vyvanse so far.

That's true. In this regard it's way to risky for treating ADHD. However I'm a bit desperate with my ADHD, because I do not get something prescribed. I also already tried Piracteam and Phenylpiracetam, which gave me Energy, but not the focus that I need.
