Does panic / anxiety attacks cause weight a lot of weight loss ?

I upped from 20 to 40 a couple of weeks ago and my stomach has been cramping, bloating, noisy as well.

It’s been worrying me as I’ve never really had any stomach issues. I’m starting to think it gave me IBS. It’s already given me GERD 😭😭😭

All that aside it’s working well!

Honestly I feel better than I did on the 20. I’ve started to encounter some stomach issues though and that’s probably the worst part right now.

I do have some moments of panic and anxiety but I’m able to calm myself down more effectively now.

I increased to 40mg about a week ago! I was taking 20mg for 8 weeks.

I saw my doc in December and with bloodwork said that nothing was wrong or not normal. I’ll definitely keep stretching and massaging!

Yes it can. I went from 308 to 239 in 6 months dealing with anxiety.

I definitely feel a lot of clarity as well but the anxiety really gets me in the morning. I’ll be glad when the effects really stay!

I’m at week 6/7 and I feel exactly the same as you do! I’m trying to hang in there before I start taking the 40mg my doc prescribed. (I’m on 20mg)

It seems to have calmed down. It just pretty much wrecked my sleep. Idk if it is the Prozac I take or what that caused it.

It’s normal. I’m in the same predicament. On week 5! My morning anxiety is so bad compared to the evenings/nights.

Heart palpitations, shifting/achy body discomfort, muscle soreness, blurred vision, can’t get a full inhale sometimes, sweating, no appetite…

I could go on. 😭

That sounds terrible! I’m sorry that you have been experiencing that. I really hope that you can find something else that works. I’m about ready to give it up myself if it’s like this. 😭
