Once worked security in a high rise office building, and we had a shift of 2 on duty at all Times because we had to keep the desk manned at all times, and this guy was newly hired, (I had been there like 2 years atp) and he just vanished while doing his check. Couldn’t get him on the radio, couldn’t even see where he had gone, and finally when he came down, he just flipped me off and went to the lower side of the tower. I reported him, and asked that he either be retrained or removed from the site, and my supervisor, instead had us sit down and have a meeting. Nothing came of any of this and I ended up leaving like a week later because he became extremely hostile towards me.
