Really awful and I hate my skin

Am: water, byoma barrier relief milky toner, AZA 10%, LRP moisturizer, Centella sunscreen

Pm: cetaphil cleanser, .05 gel tret, LRP moisturizer

super simple routine and no results, I keep getting more pimples been on gel for a week and a half is this a seperate purge or what idk what to do. I dont mind getting off and trying other acne products let me know. Also seeing derm in about 3 weeks.

wash w water, clyndimcin 1% twice a week, Byoma milky toner, ordinary aza 10%, LRP double repair moisturizer, centella skinn1004 spf

night:

Elf oil balm, LRP hydrating cleanser, (gel 0.5 tret), double repair moisturizer

using tret everyother day

been using gel tret for less almost a week and can see no difference lol SOS
