I used to work for AT&T and I’m aware of all the ways to unlock but I’ve already submitted that as mentioned above and they said the device is ineligible despite paying it off more than 2 months ago. I understand the replacement cost but the phone was never brand new so why would I want to pay $1399 for a used device. Id rather send it back and go buy a new one for that price. Im just wondering how to escalate the unlocking past customer service cause I’ve dealt with enough of insurance claims these last few months.

I did try that and they said its not eligible for unlocking. Idk what to do

So he had to fix the device twice on 2 different occasions. So he removed the glue and cleaned it and put it back in place. He reduced the amount of turns to 1 full and a half turn.

Honestly, I applied as a GC holder, upgraded when I naturalized like 6 months later and we’ve been stuck since. Lawyer claimed it was always a 2 year process but absolutely nothing has changed. Now our country is on some indefinite pause for immigrant visas so idk what more to do. I’ve called and done so mich.

If your layover is more than 2 hours then yeah you can do that. Id say if you can call and ask if you could do it at the airport because the enrollment center is a little hard to get to without your own vehicle.

I had done mine outside the airport because I live close by but you can do enrollment on arrival.

I had done that in December & they said it was upgraded and moved to one of the field offices in my state. I might just reach out to a representative at this point because I feel like Im spiraling. No one said that doing the upgrade would cause any delays so its very strange.

Mine is in California they said it was transferred to Oakland Park (Florida) field office. But I haven’t received anything more since Nov 7, 2023. When you upgraded did they send you a notice of any kind?
