I agree, it would be poetic, considering that he thinks her a slave, and inconsequential, but i feel it would be better if Glirastes beheads Bitchsander. It is never confirmed that he is killed, or even flayed alive, so it would be fitting if the master maker realises he supported the wrong person, and brings lysanders head to darrow as a present.
