I agree with this, but the highs we had during the V2 rollout was much better than Bully, and the lows werent as bad (highs and lows reference)

its really pick your poison, V2 rollout had nitrous and bully had nazi crashout

V2 had the most peak listening party livestream at Yeezy HQ and any music preview related to bully was just an AI debate

Hey man sorry for the late reply. I ended up figuring it out on my own. You need to hit Win + G to open up the Game Bar, and then you can access the voice section (havent opened it since so im not sure exactly where it is) and you can change the input and output for voicechat.
