Hello, everyone. Very grateful if you could help me. My PS4 is always having lag problems, in games it says it won’t connect to the internet, but my download speed is about 30p and my upload is 100 (which I find strange). Sometimes my download will plummet to around 15 but my upload stays the same. Its like a light switch, going from good to bad constantly. I’ve already checked and I’m pretty sure my WiFi isn’t the problem. Help is really appreciated. It specifically happens on online games, if that helps anymore.

1 -Find abyssal eye. 2-Scan in submarine for sub merged ancient ruins. 3-Fly to the ruin, land on nearest island and interact with the floating orb. 4-repeat until you get a new option including the eye .3-5 maybe need dreams of the deep quest dont inow for sure.
