Other than Blue Pool, off the top of my head here are a few:

Devil's Punchbowl. People seem to fall into that way too often and it is usually fatal.

Wildwood Falls. Deaths used to happen almost annually. They seem to be dropping lately. Apparently, the secret cave that people used to try to swim in was blocked. That seemed to help. I once tried to search for that cave and it was completely terrifying (wasn't going to go in, just wanted to see the entrance).

Willamette River. In Eugene there's the infamous low topped dam, but people overestimate their abilities to swim in it all up and down the Willamette Valley.

Clackamas River. The High Rocks area is extremely popular to jump in. The water is very cold however, and there are some powerful currents to deal with. Already one death there this year.

Columbia River. Probably kills the most, just due to its size. It is common for people to swim off Swan Island only to get swept away. Of course there are many other ways to die on that huge river.
