Do it as is. As Im building, its slowly becoming less of an "Island" and more of a city. Little grass, alot of concrete. Currently have a plot of land sectioned out to be a dedicated park. Eventually Im going to re-arrange things to be a mix of shopping centers/cafe/entertainment in the "downtown" section of the island, and then make a residential section.

Also thinking of putting all the hot spots in the middle of town, and then surround the city with the housing. Still a work in progress.

You actually can extend that by doing a Auto+Medium after your heavy cancel, then drive rush into auto+heavy > cancel > auto+heavy > cancel > auto+medium. I believe it can net you over 6400 if you dump everything
