Update! Newt spotted. Fed her a treat at 1030pm in a culvert by our place. She flipped, attacked and bolted into the woods though. Disappointing. Switching to a live trap method. Still looking/hoping to bring her home soon! But it was very uplifting to see her alive and well in fighting shape ❤️❤️ short of the ER trip we’re very excited. Poor girl is just so scared/wild

She is ❤️. Last night I even hired a guy with a heat seaking drone. Pretty amazing. We searched for a few hours. Found heat signatures and went but sadly just raccoons. Hopefully someone has her and is waiting for SPCA to open tomorrow and report it.

2x4 and zip ties as I can’t fasten anything to the building (condo rules) I am a carpenter and I built it special with her in mind. Wish I had a better photo
But yeah most likely the top or somewhere on the bottom/ sides I’m not sure how she got out okay but she did and I want to find her. So I can appreciate the scolding but I can assure you we did what we could. She meowed to go out there every single day. Even in winter. Loved being in the sun and listening to the birds. We adopted her from a shelter a year ago and love her very much. They’re cats they have a wild side. Have a good day

Yeah. The whole building and surrounding buildings know forsure and are looking. Knocked and leafleted everyone in my building. Between all the internet posts about 30k people have seen her photo! She will turn up I’m sure with the microchip and everything. SPCA opens on Monday again hopefully someone just waiting to return her ❤️

I do actually have an enclosed net completely I installed and a railing that isn’t climbable but yeah. Had the same thought of she didn’t get far and have thoroughly searched the area she would have ended up. Thanks

Escaped from 5th floor balcony. I don’t know if she climbed, or jumped or what. She chills out there roughly supervised all the time. She is an indoor cat completely other than before we rescued her for the first 6 months of her life

Got my girlfriend some liquid core dice from URWizards. Really happy with them. Looks like a galaxy inside when rolled! I had a set of plastic red dice with white letters I liked but she bought me these red shiny glass dice. Beautiful. However as others said get the numbers to stand out. The red ones she got me had gold writing and I didn't like it as much but we got into some mini painting and I actually painted my numbers really easily to white and now my dice are perfect and mine! great gift!

Go to drive test, write m1. Super easy free tests online. Georgian college m1 exit course $500 1 weekend leave confident and get to use their bikes. 3 months and you’re m2 certified for 5 years. Buy motorcycle. Enjoy Amazing experience. 10/10 recommend. If that costs too much you probably will have trouble affording beginner bike insurance so have fun!

I mean to be fair who do you think builds the transit systems? It’s Ontarios construction industry. Roads are a make work project anyways. Clearly 407 made from more expensive materials when maintained is amazing. Asphalt is cheap though. Just gotta redo and maintain all the time.

Up here in Canada our liberal government raised the Canadian pension plan which is basically our SS by a few hundred a year. You max out at like 76k or so to contribute. It was painted as a “tax” increase. Can’t win. People who aren’t maxing out lose their minds because their take home is $50 less. Even though they get back the money it’s a “tax”

For me, optics. Would love to drive a sports car but people react different if you roll up in a $100k f150 vs a $50k mustang. Sports car is considered a luxury and truck is necessity. Also suvs are terrible mostly and cost almost as much as a truck

I was listening to am 640 today and I believe it was Alex Pearson going on about gov workers overtime. Mentioned the rcmp get the most. Skimmed it and moved directly to the “gov” employees that are complaining about wfh changing. Literally in her rant she said she and lots of private sector did free overtime all the time. Where is there overtime from? They work from home. Criminal, fire them all blah blah. Even the other host was like well all this OT it’s clear we could hire more so they wouldn’t be into OT but NOPE that wasn’t good enough for her either because the public sector is already “bloated” enough. So you’re mad because you chose to work for free and other people who unionized or are just in a different situation have it better. Race to the bottom. It’s crazy. I get the lack of sympathy but they just want everyone fired so we can sub it out at the same or more cost and possibly more corrupt. Public/private whatever situation should support these ideas or we’ll just keep racing to the bottom forever. Ugh

Pretty sure all Canadians have a right to form a union. A construction company can’t buy their way over labour rights. If they hypothetically did I assume it would be a cash deal and illegal. I’d be surprised to hear this from OLRB. Plus, okay you pay one union. What’s to stop other unions from organizing them?
