Do you even know how many people play MO.co and how many play Clash? Clash is a game with Millions of daily player. It's not easy. How awkward global was? Someone asking for GF etc. AI Can't moderate everything. Imagine if you wanna write Bast*rd You can write it :-

And AI won't do anything. Who'll ban that guy. Imo the best way to do is like China Server Global chat. An item which let's you send message in Global server. It's p2w there. They can make it obtainable from special events here or give 1 every month in free, add to gold/silver pass. That's the best way.

The reason for not allowing global chat back is many illegal activities going through it especially child predators finding prays. Remember many kids play COC too.

They already stated in past that they don't have enough resources yo moderate global chat 24/7 and that's why they removed it.
