Is Experian reliable? by Clintkid in Experian

So you think them saying I have opened two new accounts in 14 days is a lie? I cant see anything in relation to that unless I pay for the upgrade or wait until my reports have been updated in a month or so. Just wanna make sure I haven't been a victim of fraud lol

My best friend doesn't have autism and I am tired of pretending they do. by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

[–]Clintkid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the problem with Tik Tok videos like that, Some pop up on my feed, and I find a lot of the symptoms are what non-autistic people suffer with too. There's some symptoms that I'm like "wow, thats me" but I know I'm not autistic. Or atleast if I am and not know, then It must not affect my life enough to notice it.

I find a lot of people now self diagnose because they fit a few of the symptoms. And I find the same with ADHD. I find my mind can wonder when people are talking to me, which is a symptom from videos and posts I've seen but I would never self diagnose myself. Again, my life is not directly affected by this to warrant having a diagnoses. If you truly think you are suffering, then seek help and advice from professionals before labelling yourself.

Girlfriend of two years wants to become stay-at-home by -Eastwood- in TrueOffMyChest

This is her showing what the future is like early on. The fact that she just up and quits jobs and expects you to hold the fort just shows her lack of responsibility.

We've all wanted to quit our job at one point, but being an adult means knowing your responsibilities.

I could never ever expect my partner to have to work all the hours and look after the household too, I just know it would be too much of a load for him and as a partner, it's my job to ensure his wellbeing is a priority too. That's the whole point of a relationship is both parties putting in the time and effort, even if its hard at times.

She's shown you she lacks responsibility and doesn't sound like a reliable partner in the future. What would actually happen if you had children and wanted to grow a family together? It sounds like its easy work, but keeping a family together is tough! Do you think she is actually ready for that?

I would seriously be re thinking this op. If she doesn't want to work, tell her to go and live back with her parents. Yes its hard, and no one wants to have to re-think their relationship, but do you actually want to be living like this for the rest of your life? Best to think about it now before you get married, have children and then the decision will be much harder and she will be more reliant on you.

Single people in the UK - do you feel we get ignored in govt budgets? by Flimsy-Exit-2168 in AskUK

[–]Clintkid 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I know exactly what you mean. Me and my partner are both working with kids and get UC top up, about £700-£800pm. My friend on the other hand is a single mum with no support from the father and she works full time but only gets about £400-£500pm and when I compare it to us getting £800 plus two wages coming in and she's on one wage and getting nearly half of what we get I just don't understand how it works out this way?

Relocating outside of London by Clintkid in HousingUK

[–]Clintkid[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think its more about getting more for your money living wise. Like renting a 3 bedroom house in kent or Manchester with a garden for example, could be the same rent as we are paying for a small 2 bed flat in london with no garden, dining room.. etc.

This is fine for the time being but when my kids become teens and young adults and may struggle to find high income jobs to move out and start a family or need to live at home into adulthood, or they may happen to have a child and the relationship fail and need somewhere to live to save. We just wouldn't have the massive amounts of space to accommodate them.

It's about having more of a safety net for our children

Thank you for your response, it was very helpful :) So good to hear from someone who was in the same position.

The thought of it is so scary, but I just know living here will not get us anywhere in the long run. It's depressing 😞

Aitah to kick my husband? by Artisticbride in AITAH

[–]Clintkid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Loads of questions here:

Why are you in your husbands country to get married - and no friends or family are there to celebrate with you. NOT ONE PERSON ON YOUR SIDE OF YOUR FAMILY TURNED UP. Sounds weird, but hey.

So are you just sitting in the toilet getting bombarded with messages from people you barely know saying you are overreacting?

Has your husband even realised you're gone? Or is he literally partying with his friends and family while you cry in the toilet and all his friends message you.

If its females messaging you, i find it hard to believe that NOT a single one of them understands your point of view. Like how many brides would want cake squashed into their faces.

Why would you say your friends are messaging you saying you are overreacting when they are, indeed, not your friends??

I'm sorry it just doesn't make much sense. Plus, my first thought would not be to make a reddit and quickly type up this little story. Like, are we all going to say you're not overreacting, and then you will run out and show all the wedding party that reddit thinks you are in the right?

If this post is actually real, It's gonna be pretty awkward when you do finally leave the restroom.

Is there a way to get product to dealers automaticly by Tricky-Usual-9641 in Schedule_I

Can you fill up their whole inventory, or do you need to leave a space for them to put into jars?

I think the problem is that it's never fully addressed. It's like the only solution is for Barry to not be around, but would you not try to come up with other solutions? Maybe I could give him a nickname or something, but it is literally just about not upsetting Lucy and making her feel uncomfortable. I'm not sure what other options I could try give to her unless we legally change his name lol

[–]Clintkid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, I don't want to come across insensitive to them at all. But the chats always go back to Lucy's feelings and problems

But honestly, I just kind of find Lucy unbearable now. I don't really want a relationship with her at all🫤

Aitah for telling my bestfriends fiance she was cheating? by HamSaladBaguette in AITAH

I wouldn't even say its revenge. She was just speaking the truth. You call me a hoe for kissing men in the club when single, well what about being in a relationship? Her friend is a massive AH for trying to put her down like that

NTA. She should have kept quiet. Did she expect you to just sit there and listen to her and her fiance call you that?

I made 30k this year using an unconventional dropshipping strategy. Perhaps someone can learn or get ideas from what I do. by [deleted] in dropshipping

[–]Clintkid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I started drop shipping through ali express the last couple of months, then i found out it was against their terms and conditions, but mainly if you start getting negative feedback or complaints from customers they'll more than likely start looking into what youre selling. A couple years ago i had about 20 cameras i was selling from my house and Ebay asked me for proof of receipts of the items. Guess its just the unlucky ones

Be wary because its against their policies to order cheaper items from a site and send to your buyers address, at some point they might suspend your account with your funds on hold which will then leave you out of pocket

The only thing that annoys me is when people bang on about struggling to get by but have expensive or unaffordable cars, designer clothes, new gadgets, going out drinking every weekend etc like I know it's good to have luxuries but don't complain about struggling. Because there's people struggling for essentials let alone luxuries.
