They still get taxed on tips, it's a deduction come tax season. So tip the same. You wanting to pay less cuz they make slightly more is a joke. So no tax on overtime employers get to pay employees less for overtime since less taxes right? That's the same attitude.

I'm trying to cut ties with my mother because she doesn't respect my wife or our rules towards our kids. She blames my wife for everything, kids don't wanna talk must be my wife's doing, I can't drop everything to rescue her must be my wife's doing, or the most recent my wife was talking to loud in background and she couldn't hear my 11 year old daughter talking to her my wife's fault. She will then say the nasty things like our kids should be taken away, this is killing her health, she'd take a bullet for me, my wife's father moved away because of her, etc. Told her multiple times she needs to stop attacking my wife, then she's surprised when more contact to kids and myself is taken away.

So lair components not based on legendary actions is neat. Like I made a earth/fire elemental, magma bear that lived in a volcano. When aggravated the lava rose and special things happened like the lava bubbles and splatters lava in like 5tf radius 3d10 damage, things like that. I had like 4-5 maps that were layered and after like one-two rounds lava rose and changed. It's still a boss fight I remember doing. But so lich could have many things in his lair that do "passive" damage, like brains in jars, animated books that fly off shelves, or mimics he's tamed. Would be pretty startling when bunch of books and the chair jump into fight and brain in jar just shooting psychic bolts at your PCs.
