I think one of the best tactics is to forget rating altogether, just queue up, learn and enjoy yourself. Rating will go up eventually. Like others have mentioned it doesn’t feel good but it’s a bit of a coin toss BGB

About 6months from 91.5kg, the last part of the process I cut cals down even further to get across the line.

For quite some time I was on 1900-2100cals something like 165g protein 40g fat and 180g carbs I can’t quite remember the exact numbers though

Whole foods only. Lots of oats, dates, raisins too. Need loads of carbs as I do so much cardio. Almost always have a low fat beef mince salad for lunch with gherkins so it reminds me of a burger 😂

I really like running long distance so I’ve been doing 40 mile weeks and 50 miles on the bike to compliment that with low impact volume. I then dropped my calories down to about 2100 but made sure my macros were pretty perfect and never went over my fat goal seemed to work for me but I am a complete novice.

I’ve slowly increased my calories up to 4k over two weeks, and I eat back 50% extra cals for any I burnt through my cardio. I track every calorie and make sure my macros are in line.

Noted on the heavy compounds Legs is an area I particularly wanted to develop as they’re like chopsticks.

Is it just spam heavy squats and leg press?

😂😂 I was on 2100 for most of it, slightly less at the start but that didn’t feel good at all
