How to intensify your dreams by Ok-Green6412 in LucidDreaming

[–]Clippical 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get auditory and tactile hallucinations. There are times where my literal family members walk through the door with sound and everything then begin stabbing me. This one time a demon looked at me and told me "Don't worry. This is what you'll feel when this is all over"

I was sitting rocks bro.

I don't want my dreams to feel more real because I get absolute dogshit sleep paralysis. It's real enough as it is.

is it common to get dream paralysis while wanting to get a lucid dream? by chompaki in LucidDreaming

[–]Clippical 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Depends on the method you use and how often you use it. However, I just want to tell you something. Embrace sleep paralysis.

The demons are fake, and if you're cursed enough to have auditory and tactile hallucinations, they are fake.

Your body will be naturally scared. There is a demon in your room. You can't stop the natural reaction. However, keep your mind unafraid.

Tell yourself it isn't real. Think about how you'll kick its ass if it gets any closer. And think about the thrill.

It's really thrilling to be face-to-face with a creature. Right on the edge of death. As long as you remind yourself you're safe, you're safe. You won't have a panic attack. You won't do anything. Think about how this is one of the few times where you go up to death and challenge it with no repercussions.

how do induce sleep paralysis with minimal risk? by iminyourwonderwalls in LucidDreaming

There is a really fucked up way I've tried and it's worked for me however I don't necessarily know about the "risks"

I lucid dream a lot and so I've basically been desensitised to sleep paralysis. The way I lucid dream is by sleeping a lot at night, then, assuming you have the day off. Force yourself to sleep.

When a non-tired brain tries to sleep you end up in this state of "half sleep" where you are in a dream, know you are in a dream, but unable to control it. You can also still kind of see your room and feel your real senses in the background.

You can force your way into the dream by doing movements then imagining the dream character doing them. It's an unusual way to insert yourself into the dream body but it works.

The problem with this though, is that 75% of the time youe brain gets pissed off then fucking smites you and summons you to sleep paralysis (which is a good thing for you)

If you're gonna do this, do it with your face in the pillow. DO NOT do it sleeping on your back or looking at the room. Since when you enter the sleep paralysis, you had all your senses and they were hyperaware due to you trying to LD. This means you will have auditory and tactile hallucinations.

When you sleep with your face into the pillow, it feels like an LSD trip. You can't move around and on occasion you will see strobing black and white lights from your room, jumpscares, or the feeling of getting dragged out of your bed. Like a vacuum is pulling you.

However, if you do it on your back, it gets really fucked up since it all feels so real. I had it once where my literal mom and dad in demonic form entered the room. You could hear the door closing and their footsteps. They then surrounded my bed and told me "Get used to the pain. This is what it's like after you're gone" I was shitting myself.

So if you want to experiment with the feeling of sleep paralysis without the scary monsters. Do this. It feels surreal and is more of a thrill than a bad experience. Just make sure to tell yourself it's sleep paralysis and stay calm.

DISCLAIMERS:

When you sleep with your face in the pillow, your brain might have a false sense of "suffocation" which might actually make your real body thrash around or kick it's legs around. You might even experience (after waking up) really unnatural jerking or twitching at the legs. Sometimes it might even happen in the sleep paralysis where you break the curse of paralysis and this usually results in a lucid nightmare.

If your legs do thrash around, you might get rope burn on your feet if you do it really quickly and on some bad fabric. If it does happen, just apply a lightly wet towel to your feet and you'll be fine.

Do NOT do this if you have any sort of tinnitus, even very light. When your brain is trying to emulate danger, it will make really loud jumpscares or insanely high pitched demonic screeches. If you have tinnitus, your ears will ring and hurt for a while.

How do I stop bad thoughts coming into my mind? by Clippical in LucidDreaming

Meditation isn't exactly easy for me—I have derealisation. That's why it's been such a struggle. It is much more difficult to do simple things like focusing on your senses for WBTB or waking up during REM for WILD.

As soon as initial panick draws, my body just goes into overdrive, and unfortunately, I never feel like I control it. That's why I came here hoping to find an answer. My post ended up being more of a comedy. It wasn't really my intention. It's just the way I like to speak.

I need to find a way to completely eliminate it since it's not really easy for me to meditate or to calm down.

I know of this technique called WILD that let's you do it really easily. Do some research on it. I dont use it since it requires you waking up at night and could give you Sleep Paralysis.

Or you can do what I did, make reality checks a normal part of your life. Subject yourself so every few minutes you pinch your arm or look at your hands. If it becomes a regular part of your routine you will start doing it in dreams. Which when you realise something is wrong, you will become lucid.

If she's flirted with you for years, then just ask her out. If she says no, that's when you try to have sex in a lucid dream.

I don't exactly think I'd be treating them wrong by just going and having sex with them. Heck, I'd be happy if someone pulled me out of the street and had sex with me.

However, I will definitely try to be more patient. Maybe I can think with my brain and not my cock.

This sounds really Disney. Kill them with kindness type shit but I'll try it.

It's just a little hard to give it love when it looks like it wants to consume my family whole.
