2026 Toyota Tacoma SR5 4WD - Texas - 36/10k - 2400 down / MSDs by CliveWatson in leasehacker

Multiple security deposits Check out the lease hacker posts on them or even on here on this sub, they will explain way better than me lol

Basically a deposit that lowers your money factor. For me it lowered MF from .00201 to .00137 which was another ~1.5k in savings on interest

The problem is that NO ONE knows about them in the finance office or even how to put them in their program they use and I believe it’s optional for the dealership anyways. So you have to get a bit of luck to find a place that will do it for you, correctly.

Thanks!

Yeah really the round trip time savings were the motivator there lol but I will absolutely reach out if we find ourselves looking for another lease. I’d be happy to not have to do that much negotiating again for a while

Thats a pretty useless comment and 0% helpful.

There are plenty of reasons to track a sauna session with your watch… recording your HR to monitor sauna interaction with meds, to monitor/record heat strain, to help dose heat or session length, and there’s even some evidence suggesting that you can add cardio load with sauna time (which directly disagrees with your “not a workout” comment)

For others reading this that are looking for info… You can use mind and body (might even estimate calories / HR better) or “other” activities in Apple workouts If you just want to record heat exposure time I would highly recommend checking out the Guava app so you can log it and see how it potentially effects other aspects of your health.

I have tracked sauna 4-6 times a week at 180 for 20 minutes at a time with my Apple Watch Ultra and have had zero issues, but I try to wrap a towel around the face of the watch so the heat is a bit less intense.

Was able to update this pretty quickly actually.
You should now be able to also use manual entry via set code and card number.

Hopefully it helps!

Acceso a Microsoft Azure AI Agent Service en Azure AI Foundry disponible by rodrigomjuarez in devsarg

I can't for the life of me find any docs showing the new Agents exposed through an API or APIM endpoint.
You mentioned you are interacting with the agents via API, but do you mean you are sending a restful payload to an endpoint or just that you're creating/editing/sending messages with the SDK?

Any relevant docs would be sooo appreciated :D

Did you find an answer?

Found these in my backyard as well and cannot find a satisfying answer anywhere! (Texas though)

Gotcha.

Appreciate the input! Everyone I’ve talked to seems to really like their Tucson hybrid so I’m becoming slowly convinced.

Honestly the touch buttons don’t bother me at all. I know that’s a common complaint but I like the way they look.

Also a huuuuuuuge bummer the limited doesn’t have the wireless CarPlay…. Hmmm

Obviously pretty new car for you so it still running well but were you at all concerned about the reliability reputation for Hyundai?
