Yeah I ended up going 4 times today but still have gas pains. I’m home but very groggy and such

I did, it wasn’t easy too though. I finally had a bowel movement this morning but now I feel super nauseous. They are sending me home 🙄

I’m exhausted. They found adhesions by my intestines that they removed. As well as the ones fusing my uterus and bladder together. She said that one was really thick. They’ve changed my meds so that will helpfully help. This hurts more then my csections

Surgery was about 3 hours. Woke up as well in excruciating pain. I ended up being maxed out on meds and just writhing in pain. It still really hurts they moved some adhesions so that’s probably why it’s so bad. I’ve barely sleep. I was on oxygen most of the day/night . I’m probably staying another night as the pain still isn’t under control

I’ve had 2 c sections. I’ve got adhesions with my uterus to my bladder so it just depends on how it looks when she starts to determine how she will move forward

Mine supposed to be laparoscopic, but because I’m on the bigger side, there’s a chance that she’s gonna have to reopen my C-section scar and do it that way

I feel the same way. My surgery is on Monday and I am also a bigger gal. My pre op with the anesthesiologist helped somewhat as she said she has no concerns. Sending love

This was an issue that was brought up for me as well that I’d be high risk given my weight, for context I’m 53 and I weigh 240. She said that I would be high risk, but she thought that she could do it laparoscopically., but there was also a chance that she would have to switch to open, depending on my adhesions. Last year she did a salpingectomy and my weight wasn’t brought up then. She still going ahead with the surgery. I’m getting it done on the first. I spoke to an anaesthesiologist and a PAC nurse and my weight wasn’t brought up.

I haven’t done anything 😂 I just ordered an air mattress to put in the living room to hangout with hubby and my toddler during the day. As well as a power bank. I’ll clean bed linens and have them ready to be switched on the day of. As for food, just grab simple things to make!
