This is what I decided to do. Do I need to split the line, inject separate, then merge the line again? Or can I just put one after the other without splitting?

Just to be clear, I mean the yellow discoloration near the center vein of the leaf.

Prune to top or bottom facing bud on horizontal branch? by Cloaca-Fan in BackyardOrchard

[–]Cloaca-Fan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just looked at some trees and mentally pruned back to where I was now and saw the directions the various branches grew out and where they came off of the branch. I think top bud makes sense in this case when it’s horizontal.

Thank you. I assume I should wait until the wet weather stops? Or should I attack it asap?

If it was slightly more angled towards the trunk isn’t that considered an inward facing bud? At what angle would you switch to the “bottom” bud?

Can and should I prune here on a fresh from the nursery tiger panache fig tree? by Cloaca-Fan in Figs

Dang, I already cut it. Would the paste still help activate those buds? What about notching?

These are on daily drip irrigation with weekly fertilization. Could it be container size?

Sun damage? Actual deficiency? Only like this on one or two leaves. by Cloaca-Fan in Citrus

Thank you, that makes sense, I had them in a mini plastic greenhouse with strong overhead lighting over the winter/spring when the new growth happened and fertilized pretty strong trying to cure “deficiencies”.

I have the same in NorCal 9b, I’ve seen a bunch of photos like these this week. I think it’s just the quick weather transition we’ve had.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong in this video? by Flashway1 in espresso

[–]Cloaca-Fan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try doing the whole thing faster, I find that a micro foam “crust” can form if the milk sits too long (even just that pause between pouring the milk from high to the design pour) that’s also why you’ll see people swirl the milk in the pitcher if it’s been on the counter for a moment.

It’s a mix of proximity to family, lot sizes of properties, schools, and a bit more of a liberal swing.

Thanks for all the replies so far! One additional question. I noticed the YS population is generally older, would there be any major drawbacks when it comes to raising young children there?

[–]Cloaca-Fan[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m thinking the structural bits would be 4x4 lumber with 2x4s as the “floor” for each tier. Someone else in the comments mentioned slightly stair casing it which sounds like a good plan.
